I strive to bring clarity, creativity, and momentum to my work as I support individuals to access the resources, opportunities, and connections they need to thrive. My practice is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves the chance to live with dignity, choice, and self determination.

With my background in education and the arts, I bring a unique perspective to facilitation by combining structure with creativity and practical planning with opportunities for expression and growth. I approach each person as a whole individual, listening deeply to their goals and working alongside them to build pathways that reflect their unique strengths, values, and aspirations.

I have been certified through the Independent Facilitator Training Academy and have a Masters in Education from Sonoma State University.
